The De Pere Police Department is participating in the Booze and Belts traffic crash prevention effort through Monday. Officers will be patrolling in greater numbers and for longer periods of time to arrest drunken drivers and enforce seat belt laws, police Capt. Brian Messerschmidt said in a news release. More
