  Frozen in time is located in Lambeau field. I found it to be just another ice cream place, with limited flavors and very high prices. Personally, there was nothing special about this place, except for its location.

  There wasn't anything special about the ice cream at Frozen in Time. They have limited flavors and are very expensive. I'd recommend going to a locally owned ice cream store before going here.
